Another visit to Direct Tire after Jack Madden service failed me... I needed an oil change, brakes, and a tire rotation for a vehicle on its last legs. I explained the situation to the sales associate and they both listened and understood. I figured I was looking at between $500 and a grand all told, but they called back after the service with news that the brakes were warped but had plenty of pad so they hadn't done anything per my request. Also rather than doing the tire rotation to swap my spare for a slow leaker they just fixed the leak and didn't charge me for it. Oil change and service? Just over $100. I left a thank-you tip for the tech who comped the $40 tire fix because no matter how cheap I am on a car, labor ain't free and these guys did me a solid. So, as usual, highest marks. These guys are the finest kind.

I went to Direct Tire because there was a screw in one of my tires. It was a cold, rainy day and they were very busy. However, a very kind gentleman working there helped me right away. In the cold and rain, he removed the screw, determined there was no puncture and sent me on my way! Great service! I will definitely return when the need arises.

When I moved to the Boston Area about 40 years ago, I needed automobile service for my early 1980s NIssan Stanza. I heard an ad on the Jerry Williams show for Direct tire. I tried them out, and never looked back. I've taken my cars to Direct Tire for mostly wheel related service, but now trust them with all my service. I've been to other service centers closer to home (Brookline) but keep going back to Direct Tire in Watertown. Regardless of where I shop, I look for 3 things, a good product/service at a good price, and with good customer service. Everyone at Direct Tire has failed to disappoint. They are very accommodating and their loaner cars (not free but very minimal cost) have been a big help. I know I've saved at least 50% vs what the dealer would charge for many services including a new muffler, brakes, and regular service maintenance. My current vehicle, a 2012 Toyota Camry is the last new car I'll every own, and I trust Direct Tire to take care of my automobile needs
